The color of the print-out is not important as long as the ticket is fully printed and its texts as well as the barcode can be clearly seen.
The authenticity of the ticket can only be guaranteed by ticketshop.ee if it's purchased at the ticketshop.ee Internet store. In case the ticket is bought from the resellers, the purchaser takes full responsibility. There is a good chance that these sorts of tickets are fake or already used and that it will not be possible to enter the chosen event.
